It is amazing to me how much happens in a month! Whether we are actually doing big things or just day to day things, so much goes on. And day by day Levi is getting older.

We just got back from spending Memorial Day weekend in Wichita Falls with Josh's family. Our time with them is always full of lots of delicious food(thanks Jacquita!), lots of laughs, and time to just hang out. I get to enjoy not holding or following around Levi constantly because they help out so much!
Levi has just recently gotten really interested in animals. He loves his books with animals and will point at each animal over and over and over.(He also loves his flip books still.) He also found his basket of stuffed animals(that's he's never been the least bit interested in) and will pull them out and lug them around the house. Josh's parents found Old McDonald on youtube. This is what they are all watching in this picture. Levi LOVED the animals!

Levi enjoyed being spoiled by Granna....loved his sucker! He of course kept trying to bite it. :/ I love his little cheesy grin. Never gets old.
Josh put a sand box in our back yard this month. To say Levi likes it is a terrible understatement! We spend so much time out in this thing. Keller of course lays right beside Levi as he plays. Either Levi was trying out the sand as a bed like Keller or he was more tired than I realized.
While in Wichita we went to feed the ducks and walk around Lucy Park. It was so beautiful! Levi was super tired and the ducks weren't that hungry but we sure enjoyed it.
Levi gets around like a champ these days! He loves to explore anything...inside or out. Thankfully he doesn't dart out on his own yet. He stays by my side pretty well.
Levi is still putting things in his mouth...a lot. He'll spit it out a lot of times but he has to try it.
Bath time in Granna's sink....much bigger than ours at home.
Levi is still in size 4 diapers. He's wearing 12-18 month clothes and size 4 shoes. He's not a fatty but he definitely is solid.
Levi loves these stacking blocks! He loves to chew on them(until I catch him), try and stack them, and carry stuff around inside of them. So fun!
I love this picture! This month Levi started holding my hand when we walk somewhere. I don't know why I love it so much, but it melts my heart every time! Jazzy took Levi's hand while we were at the park and he let her lead him along for a little bit. Ha!
Levi is just now learning how to crawl on and off furniture. He looks so awkward doing it, but so cute at the same time. He learned how to crawl up stairs this weekend in Wichita. Not so good at getting down though. Scary! One of his new favorite activities is standing on his little chair in his room and turning his lamp on and off and turning his noise machine on and off. Oh the things that entertain a one year old. :D
He loves his pacifier still! He was doing so good just using it while he slept and in the car. But lately he wants it way more. Uh oh.
Levi will finally give kisses!!! I've waited for this one forever! He leans in and gives an awkwardly long, slobbery kiss....and I love it!! He'll even give his stuffed animals kisses. Love this!!
He jabbers and points to things all the time. Still not exactly sure what he's saying, but he sure does! He does copy my sounds a lot: uh oh, hi, hot, outside, daddy, tunes I hum. I can also tell he understands way more! He brings me his shoes to put on when he's ready to go outside. When we come in the house and I say "Let's go get Keller." He'll run back to Keller's kennel and wait for me to let him out. He's finally doing "all done" and "more" sign to me....sometimes. He nods his head for yes now.
He's just started clicking his tongue a lot and sticking it in and out making a noise. He feels so proud doing it. Ha!
He also pushes his lips out as far as he can when he doesn't like something.
